At the start of each session, I listen deeply to what you have been experiencing emotionally and physically..

During our initial session, we spend time learning about your energy body, energy rhythm and core beliefs and how these impact your wellbeing.

Using a wide breadth of tools, each session is customized to address what you need at that time, including:
